1. Step
A reservation fee of CZK 150,000 is paid within 15 days from the date of concluding the reservation contract. (The paid reservation fee will be included in one of the subsequent instalments of the purchase price)
2. Step
Pay 30% of the purchase price within 15 days of concluding the Future Purchase Agreement.
3. Step
Pay 30% of the purchase price after the completion of the rough construction (shell and core)
4. Step
Pay 30% of the purchase price after completion and issuance of an occupancy approval
5. Step
Pay 10% of the purchase price after filing the petition to register the title deed in the real estate cadastre
The financing procedure may be adjusted in the event of payment of the purchase price through a loan.
